To remind you of your up-coming appointment we will endeavour to contact you via SMS or leave a message on your answer service the last working day before your appointment.
Cancellations do come up and it is always worth having your name on the list.
We run a cancellation list to assist our clients who have been unsuccessful in obtaining an appointment at a specific time or date.
When a cancellation comes in, one of the team will ring the person on the top of the list. They will be given first option and thereafter we work down the list in a priority fashion until that appointment is filled.
If you are running late for an appointment:-
- Ring us, as we can often re-shuffle your time or take the next client early
- Reduce your stress levels
- Drive safely and don't get booked
If we are unable to juggle your appointment for you and in respect of the client whose appointment follows yours, then your service/treatment may be shortened or another stylist may have to attend to all or some of your service.
Similarly if we are running late due to another client's lateness, staff illness, appointment service times that have unexpectedly blown out or for any other reason, then we will endeavour to extend to you the same courtesy.
Sometimes situations occur that are out of yours and our control. We promise to be as malleable and understanding as possible if this occurs.
Our team is rostered on and off in line with your appointment demands and due to the existence of our cancellation list we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:-
- You give us 24 hrs notice where possible
Where little or no notice is given (on the first occasion as a courtesy) we will inform you for future reference and make note on your file of the following policy: -
- If less than 4 hrs notice is given a 25% charge of your booked treatment will be incurred
- If you don't show for your appointment, then the full charge applies
This money will be donated to the charity which Ms Elizabeth’s supports.
When you visit our studio you will be asked to fill in a Client Profile Card.
It is for the primary purpose of keeping your details accurate regarding: -
- Chemical services
- Products you’ve purchased
- Contact details for any of the reasons mentioned above
- Your birth date so we can offer you something special
And also for: -
- Our data, statistical information and internal marketing
- Improving our service to you
This information is for our internal use only and will not be disclosed to any other parties.
On the website no personal information is collected or used. We do track when someone visits our website. However, this information is anonymous and only shows us which pages “surfers” are viewing, the time spent on each page and other such usage data. This information is gathered to give you a better browsing experience.
None of this statistical information can be used to identify individual visitors.
